Projects Services Division offers a full range of Program and Project Management services. Within the Project Management services, ICTPro offers the traditional project lifecycle disciplines such as planning; teaming; contracting; cost, schedule and performance management; and stakeholder management. Program services offered include delivery frameworks, investment management, cost and schedule management, earned value management, risk management, release management and program co-ordination across portfolios of projects.

Business Services Division works with customers to determine business benefits and to develop business cases to support operational or organisational change within a company. It can conduct reviews of program portfolios to ensure that the projects meet business cases in terms of time, cost and functionality. It can assist in business process change, ensuring that business process change is integrated with the technology solution. It can also leverage its internal capability by analysing business processes and making recommendations for process improvement.
